Meet the Executive Director

Rev. Charles Wolford is the Associate Pastor of Outreach and the Executive Director of The Turn•Around Agenda (formerly Project Turn•Around), the social outreach arm of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship. He is responsible for the entire operational and programmatic functions of TTA that includes a public schools outreach, a family care pregnancy center, human needs assistance, a technology and education institute, an athletic league, a summer camp and a resale store.
Outreach, as one of the four vital experiences, seeks to create a church that spreads the Good News of Christ in word and deed. Rev. Wolford has the unique charge of connecting the Christian's social responsibility to our fellow man with evangelism and discipleship. This ministry focuses on the eternal destiny of people as well as empowering individuals to lead productive lives in this present age. As the Associate Pastor of Outreach, Rev. Wolford supports the Senior Pastor in the areas of teaching, training and care of ministry volunteers.
Rev. Wolford has over 20 years of ministry and non-profit leadership experience with an emphasis in program and fiscal management, fundraising, capital campaigns, strategic planning, training and systems development. His gifts include budget administration, organizational management, public speaking, teaching and program design. Rev. Wolford holds two Bachelor of Science Degrees in Sociology and Criminology from Wilberforce University and has two years of theological training from Payne Theological Seminary in Wilberforce, Ohio. He is married to Diane, and they are the proud parents of three: Charles III, Christian, and Deaunica.
