Donated items in new or gently used condition are essential to the success of our store. Therefore, we welcome donations from the community. Currently, we sell clothing for men, women and children in a variety of sizes and styles. The following list, while not all-inclusive, represents merchandise that we accept.

 

New and/or GentlyiUsed Furniture and Household Items

Note: We do not not accept drop-side cribs or car seats of any kind or condition (see cpsc.gov).

 

New and/or Gently-Used Apparel

• Clothing (dresses, suits, pants, blouses, shirts, jeans, skirts, jackets, coats, etc.)

• Bags (purses, totes, backpacks, etc.)

New and/or Gently-Used Appliances

• Small appliances (televisions, toasters, etc.)

Note: We do not accept CRT monitors or computers older than 5 years.

 

At this time, the Turn•Around Resale Store will not be receiving physical donations inside of the store. Donations will be accepted ONLY at our pickup location in the parking lot of the resale store (on the corner of Camp Wisdom and Polk) on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month from 10 am - 12 pm (not including holiday weekends). All donations must be in a durable bag or box. No loose donations will be accepted at this time. Once you arrive with your donations, our friendly attendants will be parked in the Turnaround Resale Store pickup truck, ready to receive your donations and to give you a donation receipt.

Large furniture and appliance pickups will be done by appointment only. Please call 214-652-9316 to schedule. All donations scheduled for pick up must be located outside, either on your porch or in front of your garage, and covered for protection. Staff is not able to enter your home.
